Llanrwst Almshouse Museum

Established in 1610 by Sir John Wynn of Gwydir the almshouses provided housing for elderly members of the area until the 1970s. These historic buildings have been restored recently to provide a community museum. Llanrwst Almshouse Museum provides a remarkable insight into bygone times in a typical Welsh market town.
