Flintshire Professional Chef of the Year Competition - The Result.

Judged in the main cookery theatre during the 2009 festival, the winner of the coverted Deeside College sponsored 2009 Flintshire Professional Chef of the Year award was Chef Lee Perrett. Lee works at the Beaufort Park Hotel and Conference Centre near Mold. 

There were two finalists on stage battling it out and our congratulations to Chef Annette Caldwell for reaching this final stage of the competition. The winner's cheque was presented by the college head of faculty for Employer Engagement, Patrick Leonard.
